Certificates: Fees for certificates or accreditation are non-refundable once issued.
Digital Content: Standalone digital content like e-books or downloadable resources is non-refundable.

Course Enrollment Cancellation: You can cancel course enrollment at any time, but refunds are only provided under the conditions stated in the eligibility section.
